Associate Director of Human Resources
Alison joined UC24 in 2015. She has a background in NHS HR and consultancy.
Associate Director of Service Delivery
Ann re-joined UC24 in 2017, having worked briefly for the organisation previously. She has an NHS background in HR and Service Delivery.
Associate Director of Nursing
A nurse by background, Carol joined UC24 in 2015, having worked extensively in primary care and governance in Liverpool.
Service Manager
Dominique supports the Head of IUC and has responsibility for our Urgent and Primary Care Streaming centres
Quality Improvement Lead
John was one of the founding members of UC24. He practices as a GP in Liverpool in addition to his role at UC24.
Chief Executive
Mary joined UC24 in January 2017 As Medical Director. She has been CEO since July 2018. Mary continues to work as an A&E consultant one day per week at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
Non-Executive Director
Paula was appointed Non-Executive Director in 2014 and has a background in Medicine and Public Health.
Interim Medical Director
Sandra joined UC24 in 2018. She has been a GP in Merseyside for many years, previously working with Health Action in Liverpool
Medical Lead, Integrated Urgent Care
Steph joined UC24 in 2018, having worked as a Pharmacist and a GP. She has previously led out of hours services in Merseyside
Director of Finance
Heledd has come to UC24 from the NHS in Wales, having worked at SHA and CCG levels previously.
Director of Nursing
Helena joined UC24 in 2015. She is a nurse with a background in clinical governance and safeguarding.
Director of Service Delivery
Jay joined UC24 in 2004 and has extensive experience of managing service delivery.
Kathryn Foreman joined UC24 in March 2016. Kathryn trained as a solicitor and has worked in local authority and Cheshire Fire and Rescue Services.
Company Secretary
Margaret was appointed as UC24’s Company Secretary in April 2011 and is a Chartered Accountant and qualified tax practitioner.
Communications Lead
Melissa leads on communications for UC24, working closely with all our stakeholders and managing internal communications
Chair
Pat joined UC24 in 2011 as a Non-Executive Director and has a background in running NHS services.
She was appointed Chair of UC24 in 2017.
Paul joined UC24 as a non-executive in 2018. He has experience of the voluntary sector as well as Social Services. Paul is an elected member of Sefton Council.
Rachel supports the Head of IUC and has responsibility for our call centre and out-of-hours service
Head of Medicines Management
Sarah is a Pharmacist, and leads on drugs and medicines for UC24
Head of Integrated Urgent Care
Stacey leads on the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services, including Out of Hours
