The communities we serve cover the North West, through our partnership with NWAS to deliver the NHS111 service.
Each community has different needs and challenges, and we always seek to ensure that everyone who comes into contact with Urgent Care 24 has their needs met.
As part of this process, we have introduced a bespoke version of the Friends and Family Test, which will help us and the wider healthcare system understand patient choices.
We are also working to enhance our relationship with Healthwatch and looking for opportunities to engage with the communities we serve. That means, among other things, meeting local groups – from schools to church groups – to explain what we can offer their community.
