Urgent Care 24 is a Social Enterprise. As such the organisation has members rather than shareholders and operates on a not-for-dividend basis. This enables any surpluses made to be reinvested into the development of new or existing services.
Urgent Care 24 exists in order to deliver health and well-being for the benefit of the community of Halton, Knowsley and Liverpool and is committed to:
