If you have an urgent medical need when your GP surgery is not open, the way to access our services is by dialling the Freephone number 111.
You will be able to speak to a member of staff who will direct you to the appropriate care for your needs. You might receive advice on managing your symptoms yourself or you might be directed to community services in your area, a member of the NHS111 clinical team or your local Primary Care Out of Hours service.
